Refund Policy - the basics
Customers will receive a full refund or credit on rentals if cancelled at least 24 hours before the start time of activity. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in the event of cancellation by operator due to weather conditions or other unforseen circumstances. Contact us by telephone or email to make a cancellation or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged full rate. Customers will receive a full refund or credit on guided tours if cancelled at least 7 days before the start time of activity. Customers will receive a 50% refund or full credit if guided tour cancelled 24 hours to 6 days before activity start time. Customers will not receive refund if cancelled 24 hours or less before activity start time. For guided tours and rentals, customers will also receive a full refund or credit in the event of cancellation by operator due to weather conditions or other unforseen circumstances.
